Multi-Flex Interior

Allows for a dozen of seating configurations with up to 7 seats. Three individually sliding and reclining seats make up the second row and the rearmost seats fold flat easily with one tug of a cord. The front passenger seat can also be folded flat for long objects, plus the 5008 is the only MPV that has 6 folding seats.

Generous Storage Areas

Cleaver storage compartments in the doors, under the steering wheel, below the seats and under the floor, plus a refrigererated centre console box gives up to 48-litres of storage. Powerful 1.6 litre 156bhp Turbo Engine

the 5008's 156bhp 1.6litre turbo engine administers through a 6-speed Tiptronic System Porsche Automatic Transmission, providing you with effortless acceleration, dynamic handling and refined performance, even for an MPV.

The 1.6 litre THP (Turbo High Pressure) offers superb flexibility with its maximum torque of 240Nm available from 1,600rpm. Its innovative Twin-Scroll turbocharger pairs exhaust gases to ensure maximum flow onto the turbine, while its high-pressure direct petrol injection system improves combustion and overall engine efficiency with class-leading fuel economy (12.7km/l in the combined cycle) and performance (0 to 100km/h in 9.7 seconds). This engine, approved to Euro5 standards, emits a mere 167g of CO₂ per km, making it one of the most environmentaly friendly MPVs around.

Dynamic Road Handling

The exceptional body rigidity for the 5008 not only enhances the car's exceptional road holding but also reduces vibrations. It is also engineered to provide dynamic road holding, comparable to that of a salon car, whilst at the same time maintaining the high level of comfort and safety expected of an MPV.

Follow-Me-Home Lights

The 5008's headlights stay on for a few seconds after the remote is used to lock or unlock the car, providing the required illumination for added safety as the driver or passenger makes their way to the front door.

Electric Parking Brake and Hill Assist

The 5008 is the only MPV that offers an Electric Parking Brake. The absence of the hand brake allows additional storage space, better accessibility and ease of use. The Hill assist feature prevents the car from rolling back or forth for up to 2 seconds, and stops wheelspin when you start on slopes with slippery surfaces.

Cruise Control With Speed Limiter*

Set a comfortable cruising speed and let the car do the rest. This improves fuel efficiency, and takes the strain out of driving, especially when travelling long distances.

Child Safety

Equipped with three 3-point ISOFIX fixtures on the individual seats of the second row, this enhances the child safety features. To complement these facilities, fasten seat belt indicators on all seat belts alert the driver if a passenger has forgotten to buckle up.

In the event of an impact, six smart safety airbags deploy to protect all occupants onboard:

- 2 side airbags, located at the back of the seat and in the side trim
- 2 curtain airbags, which covers all 3 rows of seats for optimum protection

Collapsible Impact Absorber

The Bogé impact absorber uses two conical absorbers located between the impact absorption beam  and chassis leg. These "collapse" with controlled deformation in the event of a collision.
