100% Electric

Powered by Li-on batteries, the iOn is a compact and easy to drive vehicle, which accomodates up to four passengers in its spacious interior. Designed for city living, the iOn goes up to a top speed of 80 mph and a range of 80 miles when it is fully charged. Its user-friendly features doesn't stop there, to fully charge it, just plug it into a standard household socket for 6 hours or a bespoke rapid charging unit for 30 minutes to obtain 80% of its power.

Micro-Hybrid

Reducing both fuel consumption and carbon dioxied emissions by up to 15%, this e-HDi system will be widely introduced into Peugeot's model range a tthe end of 2011.

Full-Hybrid

This innovative technology operates in a 'zero emission' mode when the vehicle is driven in electric only mode, benefiting fuel economy and silent operation. It also offers a boost in performance, with a potential power of 147kW/200bhp, thus making it environment efficient and versatile for day-to-day use.

Hybrid4 Plug-in

For a further reduction in emission levels, Peugeot will be introducing plug-in Hybrid4 technology that can achieve less than 50g of carbon dioxide per kilometre and 2.0litres per 100 kilometres.
