WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU HAD YOUR PEUGEOT CHECKED BY REAL PROS?
On Saturday, 13 March 2010, car owners of Peugeots aged 3 years and older were invited to have their vehicles undergo a free 12-point check by us.
The response was overwhelming. But thanks to the organization skills of our staff, waiting time was kept to a minimum.
As the event started, participants received a thorough overview of their Peugeots. Our mechanics explained what they were checking, and why, as they evaluated the condition of the cars.
At the same time, Live Stations demonstrated the servicing of the air-conditioning system, which is an often-overlooked topic.
Unless your air-con functions properly, smoke, dust, germs, and odours will invade your cabin and may cause coughing, sneezing and tearing eyes, all of which may be extremely dangerous when you drive. Unsurprisingly, the demonstration convinced many participants to sign up for air-con servicing that very day.
Cars were not the only ones to receive tender loving care. Participants were treated like royalty too. A sumptuous spread of local delights and desserts, Internet access, comfortable sofa seats, television, papers, and magazines helped participants feel at home.
Participants were also welcomed to sign up for servicing packages at the AutoFrance at up to 40% off. That is, if they can take their eyes off the gorgeous Peugeots (and equally attractive prices) and stylish Peugeot Lifestyle Merchandise.
And as a treat, children got to drive their own Peugeot, just like Mum and Dad, at the Children's Corner! There was even a bona fide racing car, the Peugeot 907 RC Cup, that presented memorable photo-ops.
The event was a resounding success. Participants left home with bright smiles, cars spruced up to be good as new, and the knowledge of what a proper servicing check entails. We at Peugeot have planned more such events, and we'll be more than pleased to be inviting you soon!
