Few thought a car this ambitious would never become a reality, but the RCZ did materialise, and in great style - all at an exclusive launch party on 25 February 2011. Bold, sensuous, and elegant, the award-winning RCZ captivated guests from the top motoring and lifestyle media titles, trade partners, and key opinion leaders in various industries.
Little wonder, as the new car is a stunning statement of all that Peugeot shall stand for in the coming years. As the first concept car ever earmarked for production, it reinforces Peugeot's uncompromising design standards and, most importantly, its ability to turn the wildest dream into reality.
The event did more than launch a new automobile. It launched a new exciting chapter in the history of Peugeot which sets the path the brand will take - one that will lead the world to only breathtaking, beautiful cars with superbly interiors, stunning power, remarkable performance, and cutting-edge technology.
No surprise then that many are happily anticipating what the French brand is coming up with next. Said Mr Michael Tan, a guest at the launch, "I've always liked Peugeot and its distinctive designs.... but the RCZ is in a league of its own... It's stunning! I can see why it won the Top gear's Coupe of the Year. I'm looking forward to what else Peugeot has in store."
