Raffles City Shopping Centre celebrates French fashion flair and automotive excellence at the French Celebration with Agnès b. & Peugeot!
French fashion icon Agnès b. creates limited designs for Peugeot cars in an exclusive exhibition at Raffles City.
An avid advocate of style and creativity, Raffles City was instrumental in initiating this unique collaboration between the fashion house and car manufacturer.

Paint the town red with polka dots and purple with stripes this festive season! Conceived by the iconic designer Agnès b. herself, the two very limited edition designs will feature her favourite prints and colours clothing the Peugeot 107.
Evoking the designer’s own carefree spirit, the striped and polka dot designs are certainly for drivers with similar fun-loving personalities. The striped pattern is tres French; just recall French mime actor Marcel Marceau’s stage ‘uniform’.
Each year, Agnès b. designs a series of striped T-shirts of varying colours and widths. In fact, the striped T-shirt was one of Agnès b. first successes and remains a brand signature to this day. On the limited edition Peugeot 107, the stripes are purple and white – guaranteed to catch the attention of passers-by as it zips down the street!
The second design is fun and whimsical; everything Agnès b. loves about polka dots. Whilst a throwback to the 1950s, polka dots still get interpreted every year in new, funky and playful twists, like on Agnès b. bags this season. Just like its striped counterpart, the Peugeot 107 in red polka dots is certain to be another head-turner!
“I am happy to have been given this opportunity to work on this project with Peugeot as it showcases the bran’s philosophy of classic, simple and timeless designs,” said designer Agnès b.
Selected for its petite size and youthful vigour, the Peugeot 107 model is literally the perfect vehicle for this fun, fashionable collaboration. Seen from the front, the nimble four-seater hatchback even flaunts a playful smiling "mouth" and elongated "eyes". The limited edition 1.0litre models are very attractively-priced at $60,900 (with COE), at no extra premium to its regular price. Orders can be placed from now until all limited quantities earmarked for this project are snapped up.

The French Celebration with Agnès b. & Peugeot extends from 20 November to 27 December 2009.
